Enjoy the local products of Auvergne

We want to showcase local producers and work mainly with retailers from Cournon d'Auvergne and the towns of Puy-de-Dôme.

The meat, charcuterie, and cheese come from local artisans. The vegetables come from a market gardener in Puy-de-Dôme, the Côtes d'Auvergne wines come directly from a vineyard a few kilometers away, and the craft beer is produced by a brewery at the foot of the Sancy massif.

For your dinner, we offer our Auvergne platter composed of charcuterie and cheeses from Auvergne AOP, perhaps accompanied by a Côtes d'Auvergne AOC wine.

This platter must be reserved 48 hours in advance.

In winter, treat yourself to a Saint-Nectaire fondue accompanied by a homemade dessert.

You don't feel like going out and haven't booked the Auvergne platter?

You will be able to sample some local products on site in the form of jars or preserves .

We also offer CLAC products on site. CLAC is a local, artisanal, and creative cannery that designs and produces canned vegetables and various soups using organic and local ingredients. They work with about fifteen producers in the Auvergne region to offer original, 100% natural flavors.

Also discover the jars from La Ferme Auvergnate which cooks artisanal and regional dishes (stew with 3 vegetables, sausages with lentils from Saint Flour or terrine with Auvergne ham).

You can enjoy these products on site or take them away.

A kitchen reserved for customers is also at your disposal with a coffee machine and pods, induction hobs, fridge, microwave as well as all the necessary crockery.
