The wellness area

It is located on the same level as the bedrooms on the 1st floor.

It is equipped with a traditional 4-person sauna and infrared sauna, a 3-person HotSpring brand spa including one lounger and equipped with 20 hydromassage jets, a shower, and a relaxation area with herbal teas.

Towels, bathrobe, slippers, fresh water, herbal tea and aromatherapy will be at your disposal.

The SAUNA : It purifies the body and improves overall balance. The intense heat stimulates blood circulation and accelerates the elimination of toxins. The heart is strengthened. Stress and nervous tension naturally disappear.

The SPA, Jacuzzi or hot tub : Through the combined effects of heat, weightlessness and massage, it brings you a feeling of relaxation and well-being. Hot water at 37°C raises your body temperature and dilates your blood vessels, thus improving blood circulation. The pressure on your muscles and joints is relieved.

Be aware of contraindications

Indeed, the effect of heat on the body and the fatigue it causes are not recommended if you have certain health problems.

If you suffer from heart problems, high blood pressure, venous or kidney insufficiency, asthma, or if you are pregnant, the sauna should be avoided.

Practical information

Access to the wellness area is by reservation 48 hours in advance to guarantee the heating time of the equipment and private access for a period of one hour.

• For hygiene reasons, swimsuits are mandatory.

• Cleaning and disinfection of the space between each session.

• Several time slots are available from 4:00 PM, to be determined when you book.

We can organize your events or bachelor/bachelorette parties according to your wishes.
